Shipping policy

Client MUST inspect order thoroughly prior to signing and accepting delivery. In the event that damages has occurred during delivery, it is IMPERATIVE to note any and all damages at the time of delivery, in addition take photos of damages and packaging. Merchandise accepted and signed for, and not inspected thoroughly, Rococo Design will not be able to accept returns or responsibility for damages not noted after delivery and signed for.
