Furniture Packages Terms & Conditions

rococo design furniture delivers to commercial and residential locations.

We offer dropship (curbside ONLY) directly to you the customer within the United States (curb side ONLY). Please note: rococo design furniture packages include multiply vendors, which will incur multiply delivers, rococo design will provide customers with freight delivery dates once provided by individual freight companies, any merchandise shipped via UPS or FEDEX rococo design can only provide tracking information given by carrier.

Some vendors offer to palletize a shipment if needed at $20 per pallet. This would include strapping and all that is required for safe, secure transit. Cancellations / Returns & Damages - We accept order cancellations that are made prior to an order shipping from vendors facility. Sorry but rococo design do not accept any buyer’s remorse returns. All unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the sender's expense. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Every order leaves rococo designs vendors guaranteed to be in good condition. Our vendors check it, and checked it a second time. All merchandise should be inspected immediately upon arrival. All defects or damages must be reported to rococo design within 48 hours of delivery. If a claim is filed after 48 hours, rococo design can not honor the claim. The claim must be emailed to rococodesign2@aol.com, claims MUST include the following.

•  Pictures of outer damaged packaging if applied. PLEASE NOTE: IF OUTER PACKAGING IS DAMAGE, IT MUST BE NOTED ON THE BOL(bill of lading) and you must have a picture of noted & signed BOL. If badly damage customer have the right to refuse merchandise
•  Pictures of damage merchandise
•  Written detail statement explaining damages

Defective merchandise must be returned in the original packing material. If the original packing is disposed of rococo design vendors will not accept the claim. We will not take any responsibility for Damages that occur at the end user's location ie: assembling, transporting from curb to location etc.
